100 East is an apartment-to-condominium conversion project located in downtown Greenville. Appian purchased the property in April 2018, with the 48 apartment units 96% leased. Prices on the one and two-bedroom units ranged from the low $200,000s to the upper $300,000s. All units were sold as of Q1 2020. The project also included a 5,700-square-foot retail space leased to Anytime Fitness that was sold in 2021.
