Appian and TPA Group partnered with Long Wharf Real Estate Partners to develop a 331,850 SF industrial building in Augusta Grove Business Park. Construction commenced in December 2016, with the building shell completed in November 2017. The partnership executed a 252,000 SF lease (75% of the building) followed by a 79,000-square-foot lease to bring the building to 100% occupancy. Once stabilized, Appian sold the property in August 2018.
