SCOPE OF EXPERIENCE
Joe joined Appian Investments in 2017 as a financial analyst and has been an integral part of overseeing the preparation, analysis, and presentation of key information pertaining to Appian investment opportunities. In his role as Senior Associate, Joe provides critical support throughout the transaction and capitalization process and is responsible for developing and executing property-level strategies to enhance asset value across the Appian and Primis portfolios.
BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
Joe is a graduate of Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC. He is a Certified Public Accountant and received his Master of Accountancy from the College of Charleston. Prior to joining Appian Investments, Joe spent four years in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche, serving as an Audit Senior Consultant for real estate, manufacturing, and financial services clients.
