The Landmark Office Park consists of three multi-tenant buildings at Forest Drive and Beltline Boulevard in the Forest Acres submarket of Columbia, SC.  Forest Acres is one of Columbia’s most desirable infill suburban business and residential districts with quick accessibility to downtown and I-77. Since its acquisition, Appian has improved the property and tenant experience by completing upgrades to the buildings’ HVAC systems as well as landscaping and parking areas.  We have also refreshed the entry lobbies for each of the three buildings.
