In 2020 Appian’s Opportunity Zone affiliate Primis Investments I developed Millennium I, a 200,720 square foot Class A warehouse facility, within the Orangeburg County City Industrial Park in Orangeburg, SC.  Millennium I is the first of a potential two-building development, as the property also contains a rough-graded pad site for an approximate 160,000 square foot building.  Orangeburg County City Industrial Park is strategically located at Interstate 26 and Highway 301 between Charleston and Columbia.  Millennium I is currently occupied by Hounen Solar America, Inc.
