Appian II and TPA Group entered a joint venture with Morgan Stanley to develop a 219,000 SF Class A industrial building in Southchase Business Park in Fountain Inn, SC. Appian contributed a 22-acre portion of the overall Southchase park expansion and began construction in January 2019, 100,000 SF was leased to Roger Cleveland Golf in early 2020. Later that year, the property was sold as a part of a portfolio to MDH Partners.
