Starbucks – Boiling Springs is a 3,600 SF retail development consisting of Starbucks and Marco’s Pizza located at McMillan Road and Highway 9 in Boiling Springs. Neighboring retailers include Walmart, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Aldi, Chick-fil-A, and Walgreens. Starbucks and Marco’s Pizza each executed 10-year leases.

Appian provided the equity for this project, and the Greenville-based Collett team procured the leases and managed the development. The building was delivered to the tenants in December 2017, and both opened for business in April. Appian closed the sale of the property in April 2018.
