Oak Centre is 3 miles east of I-95 and 8 miles southeast of the I-95 and I-4 intersection.

In partnership with Greenville-based River Street Partners, Appian acquired the property off-market from the original developer at an attractive basis – well below replacement cost and recent market sales. The property had been under-managed by local, non-institutional ownership, allowing us to implement a targeted leasing strategy to increase rents and create value.
