In September 2016, Appian acquired Augusta Grove, a business park in Greenville, South Carolina. Formerly known as the Matrix, the park spans over 1,100 acres and is strategically positioned at the intersection of I-185 and Highway 25, which is considered Greenville's "Hub of Industry."

Appian entered into a joint venture with TPA Group and Greenville County to recapitalize and rebrand the park. Augusta Grove underwent several upgrades, including new signage, lighting, and landscaping improvements to enhance its overall appearance and functionality. There are currently 11 industrial sites, covering a total of 381 acres, available for sale or development opportunities.
