The property is located at the north bookend of downtown’s main street corridor. In-place rent at the Landmark Building is below market rates, representing an opportunity to meaningfully push rates while remaining below the core competitive set downtown. Appian’s focus includes the completion of necessary “back-of-house” replacements and upgrades to HVAC, elevators, and life safety systems.
