In September 2016, Appian acquired Augusta Grove, a business park in Greenville, South Carolina.

Appian III and local partners acquired the southern 224 acres of Hunter Industrial Park in December 2021.

During 2021 and 2022, Appian and TPA Group partnered together to assemble 244 acres at Upstate Corporate Park, a class A industrial park located along SC 110 in Cowpens, SC, one mile from Interstate 85.
